Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy and comprehensive aftercare support for every blade we sell.

30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please include your order number with all returns.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a returns authorisation and shipping instructions.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at your preference.

Blade Care & Maintenance

To keep your knife performing at its best, we recommend cleaning the blade after each use with a soft cloth and mild soap. Dry thoroughly to prevent corrosion, especially on carbon steel blades.

Apply a light coat of mineral oil or dedicated knife oil to the blade and pivot area periodically. For folding knives, keep the pivot clean and lubricated for smooth action.

Store your knives in a dry environment. Leather sheaths should be treated with leather conditioner periodically. Avoid storing carbon steel blades in leather sheaths for extended periods, as leather can retain moisture.

Sharpening

We offer a complimentary sharpening service for all knives purchased from Lyons Blade. Simply post your knife to us and we will professionally sharpen and return it within 5 working days. Contact us for details.

For home sharpening, we recommend using a quality whetstone or ceramic rod appropriate to your blade steel. Maintain the factory edge angle for best results.
