Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Lyons Blade website and purchasing products from our store, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any bladed articles from Lyons Blade. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the intended recipient of any bladed product is also 18 or older.

Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, although any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to the handcrafted nature of many of our products, slight variations in colour, pattern, and finish may occur. Damascus steel patterns are unique to each blade.

Orders & Payment

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or failure to pass age verification.

Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Lyons Blade shall not be liable for any delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for full details on delivery options and timeframes.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is detailed on our Returns & Care page. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Limitation of Liability

Lyons Blade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
